Jaime Blas – Partner, President of the Board; he joined the team in 2010 within the investment department, where he runs investment management; he has led a large range of investment processes, as well as the follow-up of the companies in the investment portfolios; Jaime holds a dual degree in Law and Business Administration and Management, awarded by the Complutense University of Madrid.
Grzegorz Skarzynski – Partner, Investment Director; in Tundra from its inception in 2008; responsible for structuring, arrangement of project financing and operations of Taiga Mistral portfolio; prior to joining Tundra co-founder (1997) and management board member of Polish Energy Partners (currently Polenergia SA) till IPO in 2005; expert in project acquisitions and structuring, arranging financing, RES project optimization and restructuring, energy market, RES regulatory system in Poland; active in PWEA since the inception of the first RES support system in Poland in 2005, currently leading the corporate PPA activities, graduated from SGH in Warsaw.
Alberto Orejana – Partner, Technical Director; started as asset manager at Taiga Mistral in 2011, where he now acts as COO, overseeing development, construction and operation of renewable energy projects in excess of 1,000 MW, including wind, solar and hydro power plants. Before joining Taiga, Alberto worked for Aries Energia (now AF Aries) and Grupo Enhol. Alberto holds a MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the UPM University in Madrid.
Karina Lembowicz – Chief Organization Officer; in Tundra from its inception in 2008; responsible for corporate matters, relations with investors, advisors, accountants and auditors; prior joining Tundra trader in Energy Department in CM Capital Markets; currently management board member of Nowotna Farma Wiatrowa from Taiga Mistral portfolio; graduated from University of Economics in Wroclaw, Postgraduate degree in Accounting and Financial management from EAE Business School in Madrid.
Kamil Koczara – Chief Development Officer; joined Tundra in 2012; responsible for development of RES projects, obtaining the necessary permits and contacts with local authorities as well as the local community; dealing with ongoing activities; previously associated with the real estate industry; graduated from University of Warmia and Mazury, faculty of Geodesy and Land Management; postgraduate degree in Costing Methods in a Market Economy.
Paweł Wołczański – Chief Investment Officer, in Tundra Advisory since 2010, currently responsible for structuring and ongoing administration of projects’ external financing as well as regular monitoring and reporting of their financial results. Graduated from Warsaw School of Economics in the field of Finance and Accounting.
Aneta Zarska – Environmental Specialist; joined Tundra in 2023. Responsible for applying of good environmental practices in an entire investment process and supporting the team in environmental issues. e.g.: support in choosing locations taking into account environmental threats; support in supervision of subcontractors conducting environmental monitoring and preparing environmental documentations, support in process of obtaining environmental decisions. Associated with the RES industry for over 10 years. A graduate of the Gdansk University of Technology (specialty: Technologies of Environmental Protection), and of the Warsaw University of Live Sciences (specialty: Environmental and Waste Managment).
Michał Majewicz – Interconnection Specialist. In Tundra from the end of 2022. From 2012 involved in technical management of RES projects, mostly wind farms. Graduate of Warsaw University of Technology and Bydgoszcz University of Science and Technology.
Marek Sitek – Technical Specialist; in Tundra since 2022. Responsible for technical project supervision, designing layouts for PV farms and BESS energy storage facilities, calculating PVsyst productivity, preparing cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, CAD program design, and overseeing projects during implementation at government offices. Obtaining relevant permits, building conditions, and agreements with authorities. Advising regional managers on the aforementioned tasks and coordinating specialists in the technical aspect of project development.
Agnieszka Jaworska – Urban Planner. Responsible for supporting the team in the implementation of renewable energy investments in terms of urban planning and spatial planning. She is authorized to design on a local and regional scale (member of the former Chamber of Town Planners), member of the Society of Polish Town Planners and TUP appraiser in local planning. She has extensive experience of several years in the field of urban planning in both the design and administrative sectors. Graduate of Wroclaw University of Technology at the Faculty of Architecture, majoring in Spatial Management (M.Sc.) and postgraduate studies in Spatial Information Systems.

Jan Korolewicz – Regional Project Manager; in Tundra since 2023. Associated with RES for 3 years, previously for many years he developed knowledge in the field of negotiations in the debt recovery industry. Michał Kapis – Regional Project Manager; in Tundra from August 2023. His basic scope of operation covers the area of southern Poland. Responsible for the development of renewable energy projects, in particular site screening, contacts with property owners, negotiations of land lease agreements, contacts with local and government administration, obtaining all decisions and arrangements related to the implementation of renewable energy investments. Before joining Tundra, he worked, among others, at PBE ELBUD in Katowice where he coordinated investments related to power stations and lines from medium to highest voltage. Rafał Kozielski – Regional Project Manager. He is responsible for the development of wind and photovoltaic power projects in the Lower Silesian and Opole Voivodeships. He handles contract negotiations, contacts with landowners and local authorities, as well as obtaining the necessary administrative decisions. From 2004 to 2006, he worked for the PSE Group, and since 2006, he has been employed by leading developers as a manager responsible for acquiring land for new residential and office buildings. Grzegorz Nowak – Senior GIS Analyst; joined Tundra in 2023 as GIS team leader. Responsible for coordinating the team’s work, support in ongoing tasks as well as spatial analysis and verification of sites for wind and photovoltaic projects. Associated with the renewable energy industry since 2020. He also has experience in the development of wind and photovoltaic projects.
Graduate of Maria-Curie Sklodowska University in Lublin (cartography), AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow (GIS) and postgraduate studies in project management.
Anna Zielińska – GIS Analyst; joined Tundra in 2022. Responsible for the initial verification of lands for wind and PV investments by analysing their location, environmental conditions, planning documents and other key conditions. A graduate of Geography at University of Gdańsk (bachelor’s degree). Currently studying Human Geography and GIS at University of Gdańsk (master’s degree).
Natasza Rydzewska – GIS Analyst; in Tundra since 2022; involved in preliminary verification of sites for wind, photovoltaic and energy storage investments. In the spatial analyses performed, she primarily considers environmental issues, infrastructure and planning conditions. Michał Szostakiewicz- Junior GIS Analyst; joined Tundra in 2023; involved in the initial assessment of areas intended for wind, photovoltaic and energy storage investments. Currently studying Protection of natural resources at University of Gdańsk.
Magdalena Haas – Office Manager/ Documentation Specialist; has joined Tundra since 2022. Responsible for the coordination of the flow of accounting documents and payments and for cooperation in this area with the accounting office; coordinating formalities and contacts with institutions and administrative bodies, completing applications and keeping project documentation related to RES projects developed by Tundra in Poland; also for preparing translations of documents and the operation of the Tundra office in Gdańsk; a graduate of the Gdańsk University of Technology with an engineering degree in the field of Environmental Protection and Management, and a master’s degree in the field of Management, specialization: Small Business Economics and Management and postgraduate studies: ISO Standards and Quality Management (TQM).
